Single family villas and townhomes spread over 300 acres. The clubhouse sits at the front of the development and houses to the rear overlook water and conservation. The community is reached by a grand, arched entry with fountains and statues of dolphins jumping in the water. This leads to a guarded, gated entry which is manned 24/7.

The clubhouse has a fitness center, gaming arcade and internet room. The community pool is surrounded by loungers and a good sized pool deck. There is a tiki bar poolside offering drinks and snacks.
