Bella Piazza Condos
This resort might be small, but it is mighty. Located just 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World® attractions, Bella Piazza is a cluster of nine condo blocks with two separate community pool areas. Each block is equipped with an elevator and the surrounding grounds are beautifully landscaped. There are three floors to each block and the majority of the condos overlook either of the two pool areas. Each unit has it’s own balcony or, if on the ground floor, a patio area.
Amenities
At the heart of each block cluster is a community pool. The main clubhouse sits front and center as you drive in and features a day lounge, fitness center, gaming area with card table, foosball, computers and a TV. Each of the beautifully brick paved pool areas has a good sized swimming pool and separate children’s play pool. There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas and surrounding the pool area, there are BBQ facilities.
Locally
Bella Piazza is within walking distance of a grocery store, pubs, restaurants, coffee shop and take-outs. A real bonus, not having to take the car out all the time. There are golf courses, playing fields, a huge dog park, more restaurants and shops nearby, all within 5-10 minute drive. Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando® and the excitement that can be found on International Drive are all easily accessible via Interstate 4, which is only 5 minutes away.
