BEAUTIFUL NEW RESORT HOME – WH2618DS

We are pleased to announce the addition of this beautiful new resort home to our inventory of rental villas.

This four bedroom, four bathroom home can be found in the community of Windsor Hills. Additionally, it boasts a prime location within the resort, as it is walking distance to the on-site amenities. This is the one of the closest gated resorts to the Walt Disney World® area and many other Kissimmee attractions.

Inside the Home

Spacious throughout and well lit, beautifully decorated and furnished. The majority of the home is tiled and a tranquil turquoise theme runs throughout. There are two master bedroom suites with king size beds, one of which has pool access. Two partially themed children’s rooms. One with twin beds and the other with bunk beds. In addition, all bedrooms have a flatscreen TV.

The galley style kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to make family meals at home, should you desire. There is a bar area with three stools and a further breakfast table seating 4. The lounge has a sumptuously comfortable three piece suite, patio doors to the pool area and a wall mounted flatscreen TV. There is also a further formal dining table seating six. The garage has been converted to a games room and has a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, wall mounted flatscreen TV and a high top table with seating. You’ll also find the washer and dryer in the garage.

What’s Outside?

When you walk out of the sliding patio doors you will be greeted with a view of the brick paved patio and crystal clear, turquoise waters of your own private swimming pool and hot tub. There is a wide, shady lanai with patio table and chairs. Just perfect for dining al fresco in the warm Florida evenings. The pool deck is completely screened to help keep out unwanted bugs and, if you want the full effect of the Florida sunshine, you could take one of the sun loungers outside to the grassy area behind.
