Take a look at this beautiful new pool home in Windsor Palms Resort. The vacation rental is ‘ranch style’, ie, all one level. It is perfect if traveling with children requiring a stroller, the elderly or the disabled.
The Home
Immediately upon entry you will observe the tranquil colour scheme and open plan layout throughout the home. The themed children’s bedrooms are immediately to the left, separated by a shared bathroom. The first master suite is on the right and there is another master suite to the left which backs onto the pool.
The main living area of the house is bright and spacious and includes a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and bar seating area. A utility room with washer and dryer. A roomy lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors to the pool area. There are also two separate dining tables.
Originally there was a two car garage, but this is now converted to a fully air conditioned games room. You will never have to listen to “I’m bored!!!” with a pool table, foosball table and dartboard to keep the kids amused. There are also books and games. Additionally, there is still off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
To the rear of the house there is a fully screened in pool with plenty of privacy. Hedges separate you from the neighbours and there is a wall to the rear of the pool. You won’t miss out on a tan when you relax in a sun lounger on the sizeable sunbathing deck. But if the Florida sunshine gets a little too intense, there is a shaded patio table where you can enjoy a cool drink.
Amenities
Windsor Palms is renowned for it’s amazing amenities. These include a 7,500 sqft clubhouse with 34 seat movie theater, gaming arcade, Wii suite, shop, internet room and fitness center. Community pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar serving drinks and snacks, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, children’s play area and bike rentals.
Restaurants and bars can be found within a 5 minute drive on the famous US-192. In addition, there are souvenir shops, mini-golf and other attractions. Walt Disney World® is only a 15 minute drive away and Universal Orlando® is 25 minutes. Orlando’s Sand Lake Road, otherwise known as Restaurant Row, is 35 minutes away, but is well worth the drive for the diversity of the restaurants to be found there. International Drive is also about 35 minutes away. Enjoy escape rooms, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, Wonderworks, I-Fly, Pirates dinner adventure, more restaurants and bars, helicopter tours and more.
