Brand new to our inventory is this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom rental villa that has it all. Located in the picturesque Watersong community and only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World®.
The Rental Villa
Upon entry you are greeted with a formal seating area and stairs to the first floor. Comfortable sofas and plenty of natural light provide the perfect spot for a quiet read or even family games night. Continuing through a central archway you will find the hub of the villa, the open plan living area. Whilst many people do not wish to cook during their vacation, the kitchen has everything provided should you desire to feed the family in the comfort of the villa.
The dining table seats 8 easily, but there are extra chairs to seat up to 10. There is also breakfast bar seating for two. The lounge area has a wall mounted flat-screen TV and patio doors leading to the pool area. The garage has been converted to a games room with an ‘amazing’ painted mural and includes a pool table and three gaming consoles, each with it’s own TV and gaming beanbag. There is a half bathroom for convenience.
All the bedrooms are upstairs in this amazing villa, as are the washer and dryer, making it more convenient for mid-stay laundry. There are 4 master bedrooms, each with it’s own en-suite bathroom. Two have king size beds and two have queen beds. The remaining two bedrooms are beautifully themed and decorated children’s rooms. Both have twin beds and share a Jack n Jill type bathroom. All bedrooms have a wall mounted flatscreen TV.
The beautiful pool, hot tub and deck area are fully screened to keep out unwanted pests. In addition, there is a baby safety fence, which should be kept in place at all times. A summer kitchen has been installed and includes a gas BBQ and sink for easy clean up. A patio table seating 4 and 4 sun-loungers are provided so you can make the most of the glorious Florida sunshine during the day and enjoy meals outdoors during the warm evenings.
Watersong
Watersong is a gated community with 24/7 guard security and once through the gates you cross a pretty bridge spanning a lake with water lilies and lined with lush greenery. The clubhouse, with it’s wealth of on-site amenities, is close by and features a fitness centre, internet café and games room with ping pong table.
There is also a zero-entry community pool with lane swim section, children’s play area, beach volleyball court and putting green. A grocery store is within a 5 minute drive, plus there is a gas station and a couple of restaurants. For a more varied selection it is only 10 minutes by car to the variety
