This single storey property is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home comprising of 2 master bedrooms, Bedroom #1 has King size bed and a 19" TV, and en-suite bathroom with double basins, corner bath and separate shower with pool access. Bedroom two also has a King size bed and a bathroom adjacent. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have twin beds. There is a family bathroom with basin, shower and WC. There is a spacious family seating area with TV and CD and DVD player and patio doors to the rear, as well as a further seating area with two sofas. This property has a dining area seating six, a breakfast table seating four and a fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room. To the rear there is a large oval pool with a security fence and a spacious patio area with conservation view. This property has a safe that guest can use for added safety and an alarm as well as a playpen for younger children.
Although the house did have some minor wear and tear (cracked floor tile in hallway, water damage by the air condition unit near front door, etc) the home itself was very cozy, very clean and we loved our stay there. The pool area was very private, there are no houses to the left or behind the backyard. The gated community was quiet which was nice. The location wasn't ideal for doing touristy things, but the drive wasn't too terrible to get to the parks. The house lacked some basic commodities such as a toilet plunger, and baking sheets. What was charming about the house was the high vaulted ceilings which made the house feel much bigger than what it looked on the outside. The house was very clean. The decor was beautiful, it was very well furnished with beautiful dining table and table settings. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

The Villa was clean and spacious. The community was well kept, quiet and 20 minutes from every where.
Thanks for the nice comments, often people think vacation rentals are far but it really just takes 20 minutes to parks and a few minutes to shops.
The home was perfect a stay for me and my family. The area was nice and quite.Great location from the parks.The most important thing that i would like to express is that the staff member that took the time to take care of our needs was Jen. She was the Best! and deserves reconition for all her help and time spent with me and my family.Thank you Jen

I rented a 4/3 bdrm for me and my kids Disney vacation. We loved our vacation home! Our next vacation definately wouldn't be in a hotel. Now searching if these are available in other cities/states for future vacations!

The house was nice, clean and cared for. We rent houses across the us, but this is a first in Florida. We were a little disappointed that we only had one full roll and 2 partial rolls of toilet paper for our stay, no skillet, no dish soap, no salt and pepper shakers, and a few other simple ammenities that make a stay more comfortable. We have stayed in other houses that have these simple items available to us. We would gladly pay $10 + more a night to cover these items if that is what it takes. Or offer a pre set up catering for fee.
Thanks for the comments, these homes are all self-catered and that means that the basics such as you have mentioned above have to be provided by the guests but we will take your suggestion and study it for future.
Villa was clean, and had all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. We stayed in a four bedrooms house, a lot of space. I did not like the fact that the villa was 30 minutes away from Disney, although this was not an inconvenience. If you have children or a party, a villa would be your best option.
Thanks for the comments, depending what route you take to Disney this property can be anywhere from 20-30 minutes to Disney gates. It is easily accessible from the Interstate 4 and Highway 27 junction and also has shops and restaurants just minutes away.
