The house was built in 2005 and refurnished in 2011. It is situated on one of the premier resorts in the area just minutes from I 4 and only 30 minutes from Orlando international airport. The Disney complex is twenty minutes by car.
The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan to supplement the air conditioning. There is a king size bed, 26” TV which receives the same cable package as the rest of the house, walk in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom with circular bath, walk in shower and separate toilet.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed, a 26” TV as per the master bedroom and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds, 19” TV’s that receive all the cable channels and they share a third bathroom.
The family room has a three seat sofa/sleeper and two comfy chairs with views to the front of the house. Radio but no TV this room is an ideal retreat from the often noisy kitchen/living room/pool area at the back of the house!
The dining room has a six seat formal dining table and a feeling of spaciousness is created by the modern open plan design and vaulted ceiling.
The kitchen comes complete with high quality utensils and all the crockery/cutlery you might need. There is an electric cooker with halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and American fridge with filtered water and ice maker. The breakfast nook has a table which seats four and opposite is a desk, chair and reading lamp.
The living room opens out to the pool at the back of the house and has a seven seater settee and a 47” TV (cable) with blu ray player.
The games room was installed in April 2011. It is carpeted and includes electric air hockey, a pool table, foosball and an electronic dartboard. The washer and dryer are also in this room behind the louvre doors!
Outside the pool and spa have a safety net to safeguard young children and a large patio area with four recliners, two comfy chairs with footstools, a table with umbrella and four further chairs. It is East facing and has open views across fields.
The house also benefits from FOC Wifi and free international telephone calls.
Solana is a gated community and is one of only a few in the area to include a Club House. The club house has a large pool and spa with plenty of sunbeds, a games room, gym and tikki bar.
Our family of four and our friends family of four stayed here for 2 weeks, the accommodation was first class, there was plenty of room for all of us and the whole villa was spotless, the kids were particularly fond of the large games room. The service from the main complex was also excellent, with very helpful staff. The location is good, and approx 15 minutes drive from the disney parks, although with busy traffic some mornings it did take longer. There are plenty of food places near by and a huge walmart supermarket 5 minutes away. I would recommend this villa, the only downside was we didn't get to spend enough time in it.

My family and I had the best vacation ever. Eagle Management gets a definite a+++. It was absolutely hassle free reservations and planning. They were very helpful and friendly with our request and our needs. The house we rented through Eagle Management was everything they said it would be and more. We are already planning next years vacation and are most definitely going to use Eagle Management again for our rental. They have very nice homes and locations. We were in a great location we were only 10 minutes from Disney Parks. We were only 1 hour from the East or West coast for beach access and close to restaurants and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better deal than they were able to offer. I would most defintely recommend Eagle Management for your vacation rental needs. This was an awesome location. We had a total of 8 people. The house was plenty large with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool/sauna were excellent. The game room was great for the 3 kids. I made the reservations for two other families so I was really glad to see them so happy with it. I would definitely stay there again.

a very spacious clean and an excelent decorative ordered villa, there are comfortable indivdual seats or spread out on the large soft corner unit by the rear patio doors these lead out to the ample size swimming pool and jacuzzi. the pool is inside a large anti insect netted area. plenty of seating for eating ect outside. nice comfortable beds and air cinditioned rooms. the games room was an added bonus for the odd competative fun. the villa is well worthy of its executive plus status a most enjoyable stay, looking forward to going back again
