This vacation home beautifully situated on the magnificent Highgate Park and luxuriously furnished throughout.
This luxury vacation home has a family room with a 42″ large screen plasma TV. The family room is equipped with cable TV and DVD player. There are large sliding patio doors leading out onto the patio and pool area. The pool area has the benefit of a pool bathroom and shower. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with a large breakfast nook. In addition there is a formal dining area. The master bedroom is spacious with a King size four poster bed, has direct access to the pool, it is equipped with cable TV and has a large en-suite bathroom complete with roman tub, large walk in shower and his & hers vanity unit. The second & third bedrooms are furnished with two single beds with each having the benefits of cable & combined DVD player & TV. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and also has cable TV and DVD player. The second bathroom is situated between the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bathroom is situated adjacent to bedroom four. In addition the vacation home has a games room equipped with air hockey, pool table, football table, three seater sofa, 32” TV and DVD player. Dvd’s and books available for guests during their stay All linens and towels are provided, as is patio furniture. All vacation homes are fully air conditioned and includes a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen and telephone with free long distance and international calls.
We enjoyed time spent at the condo. Vacation was first week in March. We set it up to arrive earlier than the check in time. When we showed up, the place had not been cleaned from the last guests! They had the cleaning people there immediately and we went shopping coming back to a beautiful home. We had a problem with the hot tub jets not pushing bubbles and it was fixed quickly. Suggestion when there, it was worth heating the pool! Very nice! Beautiful weather and enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful rooms. Felt comfortable and "at home". Pool table wasn't level - balls all went to one side. Suggestion take out play room and/or add some exercise equipment. Can't wait to visit next year!!

The house was fantastic in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of room and a great pool. The only issue that we had is that it took several days to get our internet, phone and cable fixed. This in turn cost us some pretty big long distance calls, difficulties planning where to go as we didn't know what the weather was going to be and a lot of our time spent calling the management company to get it fixed when I felt that they should have been following up on this problem not me having to spend my vacation time chasing them down. Other than that it was a great home in a pretty good location!
Thanks for the feedback and i do remember the internet issue because i did also spend some time calling you back and forth trying to resolve the issue, sometimes unexpected things do happen in vacation homes but we always try to help as much as we can but if the resolution depends on a cable or phone company we do get some delays at times.
The house was great but maybe the price was a bite high b/c of the holidays...
Thanks for the comments, our homes are priced according with the standards of the homes, the cheaper you can rent a place for with other companies or owners leaves you wondering what kind of home you will be assigned.
The house was well maintained and the pool was wonderful, we paid for the extra heat and it did make a difference, although the jets for the spa pool did not work at all. Also the pool table in the game room needed repair as it wobbled quite a lot. Eagle management was very easy to work with and the process was very smooth. The location was very central to Disney and Universal and freeway access was close.

Everything in the house met or exceeded our expectations, with one exception: Hot tub wasn't hot. Even after turning heat up to 104 F, it was only 84 F. Tub would have been great after spending all day at Disney. Pool was perfect though.
