This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 storey townhouse is located inside the beautiful Regal Palms Resort and Spa only 15 minutes West of Disney Theme Parks. The unit has been furnished to a basic standard with all the necessary amenities for a great vacation. There is a King Bedroom en-suite with TV, Queen bedroom en-suite and 2 bedrooms with Twin beds sharing a 3rd bathroom. Living area has tiled floors, sofa and loveseat with a TV with DVD Player, the home has a HighChair for guest use at no additional charge. There is a fully equipped kitchen including cookware and dining utensils as well as a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath towels and linens are provided as well as the initial supply of toilet paper and a set of garbage bags to get you started. All of our Units are Self-Catering so any cleaning supplies and toiletries must be provided by the guest.
Regal Palms Resort and Spa charges a daily resort fee of $10.00 per day plus tax for the use of their facilities which include 24-hour guest reception, business center, Free WIFI at Clubhouse, Bar and Grill, full service spa and fitness center, on-site mini-mart and a large tropical swimming pool pavillion with waterslide, lazy river and sunbathing terraces. Pool towels are supplied at the pool area.
To start off we did not have a home to go when we arrived. I never received a phone or anything to tell me what was going on. With 8 people in tow we have to move to one location, clean the location ourselves stay there for 2 days only to have to pack up move to this location 4 doors down. This trip was horrible due to all the moving we had to do. If it were not for Veronica I would have called the local new station and made a big issue about it. Yes I am still upset but not at Veronica I am upset because no one cared to call me and let me know anything, Myself, my leaders and my girl scouts spent 4 hours waiting to find some place to sleep. Which screwed up our plans for that first evening.
